InTec Integrated Card Forms: Efficient Printing Runs
A proprietary feature prevents stack bias so printers can fill feed trays to capacity. They also prevent paper jams for continuous, efficient long runs.
Card and carrier can print at once for reduced printing labor. In addition, both sides of our integrated cards can be imaged with variable information.
InTec® packaging is designed for efficiency. Drop down flaps enable fast unloading of card forms.
Card Features
Customized perforations withstand printing and post processing superbly. The cards remain fully integrated until the end user removes them.
Unique “patch style” lamination is extremely toner receptive for great imaging! Flat lamination also allows ID card to be imaged very close to the edge of the card for a high quality, professional look.
Custom shapes create unique card applications for print promotions and creative design opportunities.
Options for Integrated Card Forms
Intec® options and customized features create a versatile integrated card form ready to print. Intec® options include sheets with 1 - 8 laminated cards. Specially formatted card sheets allow you to choose the number, size and location of your integrated cards for premier printing.
We offer custom pre-printed carrier sheets and cards. Pre-printing is available on one or two sides. Pre-printing options include four color process, spot color, and full bleeds for your card printing convenience, minimums apply.
